@_theBello@TrueGritNG Reminds me of a tweet I saw some time ago, where a Brig. Gen. was part of the welcoming party for the IGP during a familiarisation tour.
Say na why 1-star General dey salute IGP? Omo 😂😭
@_theBello@TrueGritNG Online l’awa 😂
This faux non-equivalence discourse no dey pass here, it’s even more interesting when you realize the ones doing the most aren’t in the same breath with the officers in real time.
Reece James will be out for 3 months??? He’s already an amazing right back but I truly believe injuries robbed us of one of the greatest right backs of this generation.
Barely a few weeks ago, I filed a counter-affidavit opposing a motion for joinder in which the Claimant sought to join my organisation as a party to a suit before a High Court in Yenagoa. I announced appearance on behalf of the intended party, and the Court ruled in our favour.
I do not think this position is entirely tenable in practice. The question is whether a person whose joinder is being sought should be precluded from being heard in opposition to the application, particularly where the outcome could directly affect their interests.
A party sought to be joined to a suit, can not be heard in opposition to the application to join him.
He can not file a counter affidavit in opposition to the motion and even if he comes to come court, will not be heard.
However, I think if you are successfully joined, you can then bring an application to discharge you from the suit 🤔
Ever since I saved this lady’s contact, na so so graphic contents with plenty advice.
Atleast, try to censor or issue a content warning, not everyone is interested in seeing these gory images.
