@KONEIndia we have installed 2 lifts in Navi Mumbai which took 6+ months to install after so much of follow ups and apparently we r still facing issues with new lifts but neither installation team nor senior team is interested in resolving issues or to at-least respond.

Your GM is rude, service team don’t communicate, Sales team don’t respond & we have trapped with another 2 lifts order as we have 4 lifts for 27 floors.

If police jeeps are not penalised for wrong parking then why general public is penalised?? Rules are different for police & general public?? Also traffic police asked me to park at vacant space which i did and then i m penalised

@MumbaiPolice i have been penalised under section 122/177 at Crawford market where i parked my vehicle after asking traffic police & he asked me to park there.

My car was parked between 2 police jeeps. If parking was not allowed then why police jeeps were there?

@INOXMovies movie time was 8.30am and movie started at 8.57am at vashi Raghuleela inox.

As per consumer court guidelines you cant show government ads more than 10min. But here ads were shown more than 20min.

Manager Shushant said we cant do anything as its companies guidelines.

Customer care agents are just buying time to harass customer.

@MGMotorIn @HyundaiIndia @Toyota_India @Honda @Maruti_Corp @MSArenaOfficial gave statement “Said Seat belt noise issue shared by customer is normal. This is normal clearance between parts for proper functioning”.

So they are trying to say that such noise while driving is normal without even checking my vehicle is pathetic.

How many days it takes to respond. I have received vehicle with defect of both front row seat belts which is creating abnormal noise.

We have other brands vehicle too like @MGMotorIn @HyundaiIndia @Toyota_India @Honda & also have Alto but no other vehicle generates such noise.

Dahanu Road Station master is also culprit and when we went to complain there he treated us in very rude manner and when we said u dont have any shame left I response he said i am not driving train and call on 139 as we can’t do anything

And Dahanu Road railway staff treats passengers in very rude manner.

They are like “don’t come and tell us, call on 139 and give complaint. Don’t waste our time.”

What about @WesternRly is wasting precious time of passengers??
