This is time tomorrow I should be on an @easyJet flight but I have no idea whether I will be or not as neither easyjet or @OntheBeachUK are replying to emails, tweets, fb message's, won't answer the phone. Our first big family holiday in 6 years and it has been so stressful :-(

Just been on hold to @OntheBeachUK for 4 hours. Finally got through and was cut off, we're supposed to be going on holiday in Saturday and our hotel is closed!

@DaveHey2 @clh_67 @OntheBeachUK We've already lost money on our transfer as we booked a mini bus and it's less than 48 hours away.
We have a passenger with dementia traveling and I don't think they understand how much prep it takes to get him to go anywhere!

@easyJet hi, we are due to go to Egypt 2 weeks today, we have had confirmation from @OntheBeachUK that our holiday is going ahead but when we look online our flight isn't there. We have young children and an elderly passenger who has dementia and we need to know what's happening.

@OntheBeachUK hey, we had an email to say our holiday is going ahead in 2 weeks but Egypt isn't on the list of countries where you don't need to self isolate when you get back. We also can't find our flights on the flight tracker. Please can you help
