@TUIUK Hi Kyle I raised it with the rep at the hotel who said he had created a case. I called the UK resource centre yesterday who said that case will now close and I need to contact the after care team. I have already raised the complaint. I also wanted to feed back on the reps service

@TUIUK my child injured themselves at one of your hotels. The issue of what caused the injury has not been resolved to prevent this happening to someone else and we have received shocking customer service trying to resolve this.
@BritishGas how many times do you need to call, email and use the online chat to get an issue resolved? Terrible service been going round in circles for two months!!
@SanCarlo_Group We will not be returning the follow up customer service was shocking we were made to feel like it was our fault. A nice meal out for our pregnant friend before maternity leave has caused her additional stress for the last 4 weeks due to the continued letters.
@SanCarlo_Group shocking customer service. 3 of us visited your site in Hale & received a parking fine. Despite several phone calls & email correspondence plus re visits with the notice a 4th letter was received today even though we were all told multiple times this was resolved!
@SanCarlo_Group Hi we already did that several time’s and no we were not aware at the time. It was our first visit to the restaurant and there were no visible signs as it was raining and dark and we had to wait socially distanced then were escorted to our table
@BandQ strikes again!!! Never purchase a kitchen if you want to receive a speedy and efficient service. Ordered in October fitted in January still chasing to have snags and yet again a collection of left over materials didn't happen as promised!!
