Mars also has two tiny moons, Phobos and Deimos. Phobos races across the sky, while Deimos drifts slowly like a faint star

The sky isn’t completely black, it often has a brownish, dusty tint. Sometimes you can even see a soft blue glow near sunset. And on clear nights, the Milky Way stretches brightly across the sky.

இத்தனை ஆண்டுகளாக தண்ணீர் பஞ்சம் இருக்கும் எல்லா இடங்களுக்கும் நான் சென்று பார்த்திருக்கிறேன்.
பல மாவட்டங்களுக்கு சென்றிருக்கிறேன்.
தமிழ்நாட்டின் பல பகுதி மக்கள் சந்திக்கும் தண்ணீர் பிரச்சனைகளை பார்த்திருக்கிறேன்.
இந்தியாவின் பல மாநிலங்களிலும், சில வெளிநாடுகளிலும் கூட இந்த பிரச்சனையை நேரில் கண்டிருக்கிறேன்.

அதே மாதிரி, இராமநாதபுரம் பகுதியில் தண்ணீர் பஞ்சம் பற்றி பேசும்போது, இந்த மாதிரி வண்டி இராமநாதபுரத்திலும் அதற்கும் அருகில் உள்ள சிவகங்கை, விருதுநகர் மாவட்டங்களில்தான் இருக்கும் என்று நான் நினைத்துக்கொண்டிருந்தேன்.

ஆனால், நான் இதுவரை நினைத்தது தவறு என்பதை இன்று இங்கு வந்தபோது தான் புரிந்தது.
தாராபுரம் அருகேயும் இவ்வளவு கடுமையான தண்ணீர் பஞ்சம் இருப்பது எனக்கு மிகப் பெரிய ஆச்சரியம் அளித்தது.

இராமநாதபுரத்தில் காணும் நிலைமை, அப்படியே இதே மாதிரி காட்சிகளை இங்கும் பார்த்தேன்.
இது எனக்கு மிகவும் ஆச்சரியமாய் இருந்தது.

கொங்கு பகுதியை நான் எப்போதும் செழித்து விளையும் விவசாயப் பகுதி என்று நினைத்துக்கொண்டிருந்தேன்.
ஆனால் இங்கேயும் தண்ணீர் பிரச்சனை மிகக் கடுமையாக இருப்பது ஆச்சரியத்தை ஏற்படுத்தியது.
இதற்கான காரணங்களையும் அறிந்துகொண்டேன்.

சரி செய்ய வேண்டிய பணிகளை அடுத்தடுத்து செய்து வருகிறோம்.

பின்குறிப்பு:
இதற்கு முன்பு நான் போட்ட பதிவில், இந்த வண்டி எங்கு எடுத்தது என்று கேள்வி கேட்டிருந்தேன்.
அதற்கு அனைவரும் தவறாக இராமநாதபுரம் என்று பதில் சொல்லியதால், யாருக்கும் பரிசு இல்லை!

Due to heavy rainfall over Servarayan hills (Yercaud), the Vaniyar dam (0.418 TMC) near Pappireddipatti in Dharmapuri dt is full, it opened its shutters. Vaniyar is an important tributary of Thenpennai, joins at Nalluvanpatti, then goes to Sathanur dam. 1/2

Rallia Dam is a historical dam in Coonoor, Tamil Nadu, that serves as a drinking water source for the town and is a serene, somewhat hidden nature spot. It is located near the Wellington road, requires a 1 km trek to reach the water's edge.
