Need your help on this complaint 2024-713MAF, regarding an abandoned Auto which is causing accident. Have raised this complaint on 28Oct2024 no action on it, further the official asked to call Zonal Officer 9445190210 I called to this number

He said it needs AE intervention and action been taken if the vehicle is parked more than a year and provided AE number 9445190435 he said it's already taken care but still no one visited the place at least or provide any proper answers.

@airtelindia Remove this add with immediate effect provide false promise to customers and make them foolish, it shows the inability of Airtel as a corporate waste of time and money. Worst support. We will proceed legally for this false promise.

@airtelindia This is a false promise, as I had issues with BB .ore than 48Hrs now.
How you claim its a priority service.
In a city Chennai airtel not able to align Engineer even after multiple follow up, it's shame on Airtel.

After a month of complaint no response from Area Manager. After that still am not received my copy.
Are they really working for TOI. Address this issue on priority.

Also give some training to CRM and Area Manager about there roles and responsibilities and at least to revert to customer queries, if they are not able to manage things why they are assigned, such worst support never expect from TOI.

@timesofindia Worst kind of support from the CRM Chennai and the Area Manager Kesavaprasath. After paying the full amount as annual subscription still am not receiving my copy regularly. And I made complaint regarding this many times only receveid automated mail

After that no resolution from CRM or Area Manager even if we called the Area Manager switch of his mobile, why I need to beg them even after paid for my copy. Need solution by Tuesday 25April2023 else return my amount with penalty
