Democrats keep demanding to "negotiate" on a deal to reopen the government.

There is nothing to negotiate. There is only a clean continuing resolution (CR) until Nov 21st. That is the only deal on the table that will ever be offered.

Democrats want to negotiate something extra for themselves, like $500 million for NPR or funding LGBTQ awareness in Africa. But Trump is just ignoring them. Let them pound sand. They get nothing.
