🇫🇷 Les régions françaises sont sous la moyenne Européenne🔻

Pourtant, peu de gens en parlent.
Et c'est peut-être ça le plus inquiétant.

Sur l'ensemble des régions françaises, seules 2 ont un PIB par habitant supérieur aux moyennes de l'Union Européenne :

→ L'Île de France,
→ La région PACA

Certaines régions françaises font même partie des mauvais élèves avec un PIB par habitant similaires au sud de l'Espagne, de l'Italie ou aux pays de l'Est.

La situation actuelle ne serait pas inquiétante si la dynamique nationale était bonne.

Malheureusement, nous sommes encore une fois mal classés.

→ Entre 2001 et 2021, aucune région française n'a vu la croissance de son PIB par habitant dépasser la croissance moyenne dans l'Union Européenne.

Même si certaines régions de l'Europe de l'Est par exemple, profitent d'un effet de base positif car "partent de plus loin", nous ne pouvons pas nous réjouir de nos chiffres.

Surtout que d'autres régions déjà bien développées ont vu leur PIB par habitant fortement augmenter comme en Irlande, en Allemagne, aux Pays-Bas, en Autriche ou dans les pays nordiques.

Ainsi, j'espère un jour que les hommes politiques français vont s'emparer de ce sujet qui est central pour l'avenir notre pays.

Des mesures devraient être mises en place pour que nous fassions de nouveau partie des bons élèves de l'Union Européenne.

Windows 1.0 shipped on 20 November 1985 as a graphical layer on top of MS-DOS, built to make PCs easier to use with a mouse, windows and small apps like Notepad and Paint instead of only typed commands.

Windows started as an answer to a basic question: how do you make personal computers friendly for everyone, not just people who know complex commands?

The idea was to put a visual layer on top of DOS so people could click, move windows around and run multiple tasks more easily.

Four decades later, Windows 11 runs on more than a billion devices and is now the base for Microsoft’s AI push.

Today, a much more powerful, battle-tested, and refined Mathematica comes free with a $50 Raspberry Pi, whose multi-core 2.4 GHz CPU delivers over 100× the raw processing speed and hundreds of times more memory than the few megabytes available in 1991. Created UNIX in 1971 when he was 28 years old.
Created Go in 2009 when he was 66 years old.

He also developed the B programming language (which led to C), created UTF-8 encoding (making international text possible online), and designed essential tools like grep that developers still rely on daily.

He also helped with the development of Multics (that led to UNIX), Plan 9 from Bell Labs and Inferno operating systems.

That's 4 operating systems in total... Most people don't even use these many OS.

Pretty impressive resume, right?

And it's a shame that many people, even the ones in the IT and tech industry, don't know him.
