Happy to share that I was able to secure bail for Sh. @vinodtiwaricg, Joint Secretary, Chhattisgarh Pradesh Congress Committee, on 17.03.2026.
He was arrested on 13.03.2026 by the Delhi Police Special Cell in connection with a video related to PM.

अखिल भारतीय कांग्रेस कमेटी के निर्देशानुसार आज कर्नाटक कांग्रेस कार्यालय में आयोजित प्रेस कांफ्रेंस में उपमुख्यमंत्री व प्रदेश अध्यक्ष @DKShivakumar जी के साथ मनरेगा और नेशनल हेराल्ड केस से जुड़े प्रमुख मुद्दों को उठाया।

सामाजिक सुधार और आर्थिक सुधारों को लेकर भाजपा की राजनीतिक इच्छाशक्ति पूरी तरह उजागर हो चुकी है। तत्कालीन
UPA सरकार ने मनरेगा को एक ऐतिहासिक कानून के रूप में लागू किया था, जिसने “रोजगार के अधिकार” के साथ सम्माजनक जीवन सुनिश्चित किया।
हालांकि, भाजपा के सत्ता में काबिज आने के बाद से ही इस योजना के प्रति लगातार उदासीन रवैया अपनाया गया है — कभी बजट आवंटन कम करके तो कभी राज्यों को भुगतान जारी करने में देरी करके।

इस योजना की शुरुआत के समय यह सुनिश्चित किया गया था कि कुल व्यय का 90% केंद्र सरकार वहन करेगी और शेष राशि राज्यों द्वारा दी जाएगी। VB-G RAM-G के नए प्रावधान के तहत राज्यों का हिस्सा बढ़ाकर 40% कर दिया गया है। यह बदलाव पहले से ही वित्तीय संकट से जूझ रहे राज्यों पर भारी दबाव डालता है और उन्हें मजदूरों को भुगतान करने के लिए अधिक वित्तीय बोझ उठाने के लिए मजबूर करता है। परिणामस्वरूप, इस मांग-आधारित योजना की मूल भावना को गंभीर रूप से कमजोर कर दिया गया है।

ग्रामीण अर्थव्यवस्था की रीढ़ रही यह योजना अब सरकारों की राजनीतिक इच्छाशक्ति पर निर्भर होगी। कांग्रेस पार्टी इन एकतरफा फैसलों की कड़ी निंदा करती है, जो बिना किसी चर्चा तथा विपक्षी दलों और प्रमुख हितधारकों से परामर्श लिए बिना लिए गए हैं।

MNREGA — an important demand-driven employment guarantee scheme, introduced by the then UPA government to uphold the right to work and secure rural livelihoods — is now being systematically reduced to limited, controlled scheme, undermining its very spirit.

The erosion of this landmark legislation will have serious social and economic consequences.

Just ahead of the Parliament session, the Enforcement Directorate filed a chargesheet against them in a case that has no legal or factual basis, clearly reflecting political vendetta.

The court’s refusal to take cognisance of the ED’s chargesheet exposes how the BJP leaves no stone unturned to harass opposition leaders and blatantly misuse investigative agencies such as the ED and CBI for political purposes.

The Congress Party and its leadership stand firmly with truth, integrity, and democratic values.
Truth will always prevail.

जो न माने, उसका “जस्टिस लोया” कर देना।
