@pwafork Unrelated but govts are loathe to put capital gains tax on family home coz then interest part of mortgage is tax deductible & they would have to take current revenue hit in return for tax gains 40 years in future when house is sold - they may dream up some other tax of course

@greggutfeld This has shown how weak NATO/UN are - they wont stop Russia because of the nuclear threat so all they can do is throw Euros at Ukraine to weaken Russia using Ukranian lives. If Europe does this and Russia moves away from China then the US has win-win.
