Ambassador Dr @Monica_Juma_ has taken an oath of office as Director-General of the United Nations Office at Vienna and Executive Director of @UNODC - United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime.
While taking it before @UN Secretary-General António Guterres, Juma said international civil service is, above all, a commitment to people and vowed to dedicate to carry out these functions with integrity, impartiality, and the utmost regard for the purposes and principles of the United Nations.
The UN was established for the people and has always been standing together with the people.
