@GE_Appliances I received a reply this morning that was essentially, your 3rd party is working on it. That’s not an answer and this is beyond frustration it is safety. You’re ok with every part within your luxury product being replaced so now I am at unknown risks vs. just replacing it?

@GE_Appliances Im on visit #5 for GE Cafe Advantium that stopped working in April. I’ve now been told 2x this is the last attempt at a fix before we replace it. Everyone involved is floored by the number of fixes being attempted, including your reps Ticket #

@NespressoUSA disappointed this morning. Our VertuoPlus started leaking coffee this weekend, troubleshooting failed & it’s under warranty. I was told 3-5 weeks to repair with no loaner. I researched & moved my family (3 households) to your brand for service reputation, not this.
