@KHOU @JRogalskiKHOU Downside of having critical infrastructure services run by a public company is that their objective is to maximize shareholder value, not customer satisfaction. Made worse by CenterPoint being the ONLY choice. The $6.5B in ‘23 profit should’ve been used to improve infrastructure.

@Casey @WholeFoods Agree! It’s surprising that a grocery store owned by a technology company (Amazon) would have the worst self checkout. HEB is not great (no ApplePay), but it’s way better than @WholeFoods . And I like the people at Whole Foods anyway too, so….
