@DeepikaBhardwaj@RenuWBhatia1 Don't get panic brother. If you are strong nobody can do anything. Take care of your health, good time will come for sure.
Haryana State Women Commission Chairperson @RenuWBhatia1 tells NRI man that she will get him deported over complaint by wife, get his parents arrested immediately if he doesn't come within 10 days
I don't know facts of the case but is threatening parents like this okay?
"Since, Atul's wife, mother-in-law, and brother-in-law have been arrested. The whereabouts of the child remain unknown"
Atul's father fears the worst and demands that the child be placed in his custody for safety and care.
He tried to lodge FIR seeking recovery and custody of his grand son in Bihar. The police rejected to file FIR saying the case pertains to the Jaunpur district of Uttar Pradesh and, hence the application and FIR have been forwarded to Jaunpur police for further investigation and action.

Wake up Men, Face some Bitter Truths:
Courts were told by this Law Minister to show aggression in Alimony cases. They were told to execute warrants to send men to prison. Now, judges are threatening to send even schizophrenia patients to prison.

"The government wants courts to speed up processes regarding the award of maintenance to women to ensure that payments aren’t held up."
"Prasad had expressed “concern regarding the procedural hurdles/difficulties faced by women in accessing the money awarded to them as maintenance by courts,” in a letter to all chief justices sent about a month back."
“All the stake -holders, the government of India, the judiciary, legal services authorities and the governments need to take collective responsibility for ensuring that institutional mechanisms such as the proposed committee comprising the district judge and the SUPERINTENDENT of POLICE work seamlessly to ensure access to justice to women,” according to Prasad’s letter.
The law ministry urged the chief justices to “kindly advise the district judiciary to monitor timely disbursal of maintenance, speedy EXECUTIVE of WARRANTS awarded by the court in collaboration with the state police.”

A family court in Jodhpur has ruled that a woman is entitled to alimony even if she is employed.
The court directed a man, who owns an acupressure healthcare business, to pay Rs 2 lakh per month in maintenance to his estranged wife, a govt school teacher.
The maintenance includes Rs 1 lakh for the wife and Rs. 50,000 each for the couple's two children until they reach adulthood.
Wife's counsel, Nagraj Goswami, cited a Supreme Court precedent, which states that a working wife is still eligible for maintenance, particularly when children are involved.
According to the petition, the couple married in Feb 1999, but their relationship soured due to allegations of domestic violence and infidelity.

Lawyers throw blue pills even while talking about need for men's rights,"Suicide does not solve anything. There were legal remedies available. He was not properly advised."
With such lies spread by powerful lawyer lobby, there won't be any real legal remedies even of men's commission is constituted.
He also calls Atul Subhash immature. This judicial ecosystem of lawyer lobbies, judges and politicians with legal background will continue their false propaganda of great legal remedies, which can save men for harassment.
A 35-year-old homeopathic doctor allegedly died by suicide at his clinic in Kirti Nagar in Rajasthan's Jodhpur district, leaving behind a note levelling serious allegations against his wife.
According to the police, Ajay Kumar Jatoliya, a resident of Jaipur, was working as assistant professor on contractual basis in Ayurveda University for the last three years. He also ran his clinic in a rented room in Kirti Nagar.
The matter came to light when Jatoliya's colleague, who lives in Jhalori Gate, reached his clinic after failing to contact him on the phone. Despite calling several times on Wednesday afternoon, Jatoliya did not answer any calls. When he knocked on the door, nobody opened it and when he peeped through the window, he was shocked.
He immediately called the landlord and neighbours. When they broke open the door and entered, Jatolia had already passed away.
Jatoliya was married around seven years ago and his wife is also a homeopathy doctor, practising in Jaipur. Jatoliya has a four-year-old son who lives with his wife.
During investigation, police found a note from the spot, wherein Jatoliya made serious allegations against his wife, mentioning about their discord since marriage.

It is like saying,
"Terrorists and Azmal Kasab etc should realise that there is nothing more important than human life. Guns in hands are not means to attack train stations and 5 star hotels."
Instead of taking action using perjury and IPC 211 on these women, Supreme Court wants to play victim,"What can we do? We are helpless here. We can not throw young women in prison for filing fake cases. These women should understand."
