राज्य सरकार युवकांना नवसंशोधनासाठी प्रोत्साहन देणार !

व्हिजन नेक्स्ट आणि नागपूर मनपा आयोजित द ग्रॅंड पेटंट आणि आयडिया फेस्ट पुरस्कार सोहळ्यात विधानसभा अध्यक्ष अ‍ॅड. राहुल नार्वेकर यांच्यासह उपस्थित होतो.

पेटंट फेस्ट हा देखील एक आविष्कार आहे. आजवर विविध महोत्सव आपण साजरे केले पण, नागपुरात पहिल्यांदाच होत असलेल्या या पेटंट फेस्टमुळे आपल्याला अनेक हिरे सापडले आहेत. भारत हा युवा देश असून आपली नवीन पिढी विविध नवे प्रयोग करत आहे.

लोकांचे जीवन सुलभ झाले पाहिजे. चांगल्या इज ऑफ लिव्हिंग साठी संशोधन आवश्यक आहे. भारतीयांनी आजवरच्या इतिहासात 2 महत्त्वाच्या लढाया अनुभवल्या. एक हल्दी घाटीची आणि हळदीची लढाई. अमेरिकेने हळदीचा पेटंट फाईल केला. त्यानंतर प्रॉडक्ट पेटंट, प्रोसेस पेटंट अशा विविध बाबींमध्ये भारत अडचणीत आला.
5,000 वर्षांपेक्षा अधिक जुन्या अशा आपल्या आयुर्वेदाने आणि भारतीयांनीही ज्या हळदीचा वर्षानुवर्षे औषध म्हणून वापर केला, त्यावर अमेरिकेने दावा केला. मात्र भारताने हार मानली नाही. आपले शास्त्रज्ञ, डॉ. माशेलकरांनी या विरोधात संघर्ष केला. अखेर भारताने ती लढाई जिंकली, त्या वेळी आपल्याला पेटंटचे महत्त्व लक्षात आले. त्यानंतर भारतात पेटंटचे कायदे तयार करण्यात आले काहींमध्ये बदलही करण्यात आले. या पेटंट महोत्सवामध्ये आज ज्यांचा सत्कार झाला, त्यांनी 55 पेटंट मिळविली आहेत, ही अत्यंत अभिमानाची बाब आहे !

भारतात आज 90,000 स्टार्ट अप आणि 100 युनिकॉर्न आहेत. यापैकी 16,000 स्टार्टअप आणि 25 युनिकॉर्न महाराष्ट्रातले आहेत, याचा सर्वांना अभिमान आहे. ज्ञान मोठ्या प्रमाणात उपलब्ध असून आर्टिफिशिअल इंटेलिजन्सचा उपयोग व्यवस्था उभारण्यासाठी केला जाऊ शकतो. युवकांना नवसंशोधनाच्या माध्यमातून स्टार्ट अप उभारण्यासाठी राज्य सरकार सहकार्य करेल.

नागपुरातील आयआयएम मध्ये संशोधनासाठी शासन तरुणांना मार्गदर्शन करेल. तरुणांनी बदलत्या काळानुसार कौशल्य आत्मसात करून नवीन उद्योग उभारण्यासाठी पुढे येणे आवश्यक आहे.

अधिष्ठाता यात सहभागी झाले. नागपूरात आज ४४१ पेटंट आहेत. व्हिजन नेक्स्ट तर्फे पाहिल्या १० पेटंट धारकांचा सत्कार आज मा. उपमुख्यमंत्री श्री. देवेंद्र फडणवीस आणि महाराष्ट्र विधानसभा स्पीकर श्री.राहूल नार्वेकर यांच्या हस्ते करण्यात आला.
