I've had trouble breathing for my entire life. The knowledge and self management skills I was taught by an outstanding #asthma nurse kept me out of ambulances & A&E until I was 34; I had no asthma nurse and GPs wouldn't follow @asthmauk nurses' advice.

Examples include people who:

- go on maternity leave
- report disability discrimination
- dare to call out health and safety failures
- report bullying
- move to new jobs

This matters more than order.
