The airline keeps ₹7,000 just because of an incorrect surname. Under which Indian law is this stated? If you don't intend to refund the money, just say so—but please don't promote this kind of corruption.

@MoCA_GoI Just because the surname was entered incorrectly,are you going to pocket the entire amount? Surely, it should be fully refundable. Someone else can go in my place. If this isn't corruption,then what is? It’s not as if I’ve come from Pakistan; I live right here in India,after all.
