Solutions like irrigation & other smart agronomic practices is what will guarantee higher yields and returns. Wama kudos @FrankTumwebazek

@Johnblanshe_m The terrain makes it abit easier for enforcement esp in SW & W. The borders are largely covered with highlands, water bodies ( Lakes Albert & Edward) and a national park which limits high illegal people and trade movements. To a significant extent, i think it'll be enforced.
