@CyndianaJ @BPDFamily @jackandweasel Thanks this article makes a lot of sense. I always feel extreme guilt that although classed as recovered I still experience this stuff. I didn’t think I should be. Perhaps I need to reconsider what recovery means for me . Thank you x
@PTSDKintsugi Ha god no there was no thinking involved. It was like passing out but being conscious. My head physically dropped and I was gone. My brain had had enough with the topic of conversation and just stopped functioning. X
@PTSDKintsugi Only happened once but I was aware that something was wrong but I couldn’t do anything about it. Luckily I was in therapy at the time so therapist patiently waited it out with me x
@mdfkb@BorderlineLeo Yeah that is very true. In my experience that just is not the case. My battles have been mainly internal. As for violence, only ever toward myself. Do you prefer the Emotionally unstable title? X
@mdfkb@BorderlineLeo Wow diagnosed at 60! Thought mine was bad. Do you mind if I ask why you think it took longer than per? Were you misdiagnosed earlier or did you not present as such ? Hope you don’t mind me asking just genuinely interested x
@anoninptbo1 This sounds exactly like my therapist. Totally validating but cuts right through my bullshit when needed. Perfect balance. Glad you have found one like this too x
