बिना लाइसेंस का चालान - 5000
बिना इंश्योरेंस का चालान - 2500
बिना सीट बेल्ट का चालान - 1000
बिना हेलमेट का चालान - 1000
बिना प्रदूषण सर्टिफिकेट का चालान - 1000

कुल 11 हज़ार जुर्माना हुआ.
लेकिन इन चीज़ों क़ो पूरा करने में पता है कितना पैसा लगता है??

लाइसेंस बनता है - 1500 रूपये
बीमा होता है - 800 रूपये ( 1 year थर्ड पार्टी )
हेलमेट का खर्चा - 650 रूपये
प्रदूषण सर्टिफिकेट - 80 रूपये साल के
सीट बेल्ट गाड़ी में ही होती है.

कुल मिलाकर 3000 रूपये से ज्यादा से ज्यादा खर्चा होगा.

फिर सरकार 8000 रूपये ज्यादा क्यों ले रही हमसे इनका?

चालान करना है तो जो रकम खर्चा आती है
उसका ही करो ना, एक्स्ट्रा किस लिए??
