Today I had a job interview and I mentioned I'm autistic. The response to that was:
"How can we make sure you thrive if you work here?"
This is how you support disabled employees.
My mother is excluded from the town centre. Just before they shut the streets to blue badges I parked at the top of church street with her so she could access a nearby shop. She said - ‘Dan, this might be the last time I see the centre of the city I live in’.
