Being a fan of estate cars, I love the look of the new BMW i3 Touring.

Not everyone will agree - and that’s ok - but there should be far more estate EVs available.

Hugely underrated and under appreciated IMO. More estate cars please.

Drivers pursue savings on fuel costs with a surge in demand for EV’s and PHEVs following a huge swing of 34.2% and 23.9% respectively year-on-year.

Suffering with a large decline is petrol - down 7.1% year-on-year - with diesel continuing its descent.

Hybrids show a slight increase year-on-year, but market share is falling.

People are choosing different fuel types in increasing numbers when it hurts financially and they’re choosing the plug.

This moment appears to show the inflection point is fast approaching.

South Korea built a 32 km solar-covered bicycle highway with ~7,500 solar panels generating ~2.2 GWh of clean electricity annually, enough to power ~600 homes.

The South Korean solar bike highway is a glimpse of how infrastructure evolves during disruption.

Critics point to today's traffic noise and pollution, but those are largely artifacts of the fossil fuel era. As transport electrifies, tailpipe emissions disappear and road noise falls dramatically.

What remains is a bicycle corridor protected from traffic, shaded from the sun and rain, while generating clean electricity from the same footprint.
