Cleaning staff were caught throwing garbage on railway tracks from a running train.

When asked why, the reply was: “We don’t have plastic bags to collect waste.”

Swachh Bharat cannot run on slogans while garbage is dumped from trains.

I am so shocked to see such a an Arterial BRR Perambur high road North is left in this worst condition. Due to SWD works comecting it to old British Canal,they have left newly laid road in pathetic state. Immediately do Jetpatching for long life of road

Train # 12295 Sanghamitra Express ETD 0915hrs has not left SMVB even at 0945hrs, which is the station of origin. What's going on ?? If delayed, keep us updated through an SMS to the passengers. We expect more from Indian Railways.

@RailwaySeva @drmcrngp It was a grave mistake choosing this long distance train from Bengaluru. It was supposed to reach Perambur by 1425hrs but reached Arakkonam at 1500hrs. Indian Railways must prioritise arrival or departure of trains in a time bound manner, over introducing new High speed trains.

@chennaicorp @kgbias it’s been more than 4 months since reporting that the barren land was used by GCC contractors to dump the filthy SWD debris.
Till date it is not fully cleared. During election this will be a big benefit as a temporary parking .

The pouches behind the seats to keep newspapers and other items missing in Shatabdi Express/12027/Chennai to Bengaluru coach C6. Automatic sliding door was not closing properly. Prioritise maintenance of existing rakes.
