A reminder that Sean Spicer lied repeatedly to the American people on behalf of Donald Trump and his administration. No amount of shimmying will change that.

@paulkrugman argues that Republicans operate outside of and have contempt for the rule of law & democratic norms. Democrats who don’t (or won’t) understand this aren’t fit for office & R complicit in destroying R democracy
🚨New Podcast 🚨 Ep. 10: Everybody Loves Cheap Drugs ft. @JPenaMelnyk is out now! On this episode we’re discussing Hogan’s refusal to support our efforts to lower drug prices for Marylanders https://t.co/okpPv3EhRn
We recommit ourselves to the values that were attacked – life, liberty, equality, & justice for all. We honor the survivors and families whose strength reminds us every day that out of many we are one. And we pay tribute to the lives we lost by holding them forever in our hearts.
Today, we affirm that message once more. We recognize the courage of the first responders and ordinary heroes who saved so many, and all those who have followed in their footsteps by answering our country’s call to serve.
But just as indelible as these horrors are the images of hope and heroism: first responders carrying the injured; passengers on Flight 93 fighting to protect their fellow Americans; firefighters raising our nation’s flag & sending a message that terrorism will never triumph.
18 years ago today, our nation was attacked and nearly 3,000 people were murdered. The horrific images of 9/11 are ingrained in our nation’s memory: falling towers, rising smoke, grieving faces desperately searching for their loved ones amid the rubble.
18 years ago at 8:46 the world changed for the United States. We will never forget that day or those who gave their lives in defense of our freedom. #Sept11
We're building a people-powered movement to take back the White House in 2020. As part of our new strategy we’re adopting the latest tools in digital organizing and revamping our digital infrastructure with a brand new website to give Democrats an edge over the competition. 1/3
For decades, the Endangered Species Act has protected our most vulnerable wildlife. Trump’s decision to tear up this law is unconscionable. Once again, it’s big business and special interests over the well-being of our environment and our country. Speak out and fight back.
Gutting the protections in the #ESA of vulnerable wildlife and animals is just another example of this administration’s repeated assault on our nation’s environmental laws.
“Ronald Reagan pursued and implemented policies that disproportionately harmed and disadvantaged people of color. He opposed the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Voting Rights Act and the Fair Housing Act.” https://t.co/HoZ6BJHxnw
On Sunday, we had an excellent canvass and phonebank in Frederick County with @RepRaskin's Democracy Summer program, and we were joined by @FrederickDems Chair Deborah Carter in reaching out to voters! 1/2
If Republicans succeed with their lawsuit to eliminate the #ACA, Marylanders with pre-existing conditions will lose critical protections and see their health care costs increase. We can’t let it happen. House Democrats will continue to fight to #ProtectOurCare.
“...Hogan loves nothing more than looking above the fray on the national media, and he’s figured out the way to do that is to never take a side but to criticize both. But before he denigrates Cummings’ efforts... he might want to take a look in a mirror." https://t.co/NcO4wQ9w0p
