@_CJSW The proportion doesn't match.. Airlines cannot run with freshers.. They need experienced crew and only experienced crew will leave to ME.. Keep paying less and squeeze them, they will be forced to move where life is better

@_CJSW All airlines in India gonna face shortage soon , most of the pilots will leave to for better lifestyle and remuneration. Then they will be ready to bring expats at double the cost.

@_CJSW @HimalayanPanda In that case, why they shld bond any pilot when pilots actually pay for their training ? Why there is 6 months to 1 year notice period. These are forced contract change, which is breach of contract. Pilots shld be allowed to leave with immediate effect of they want to .

@HimalayanPanda @_CJSW Duty hours are way higer than this flying hours! The basic promised salary goes down when the number of hours comes down. Already pilots are not paid as per world standard. Indian airline lobbys are unitedly making crews life miserable. Most of the pilots are going to leave to ME

It's pure exploitation,Not to be justified.
These contract changes are forced does this qualify for breach of contract ? And can a pilot challenge it. I guess not.

@ari_maj Not everyday is same, nor every landing is same! If everyone has walked out of that aircraft without injury, it's a safe landing. No need to blame the training department and upgrade policy for one odd landing. It's specific to that particular pilot's training records!
