to find a bill that 100% of the people will completely agree with is almost impossible but for the majority of this bill it is a major step in the right direction. Veterans facing a mental health crisis should not get stuck in bureaucratic limbo. The legislation establishes clear standards and timelines for urgent inpatient mental healthcare.
