Our personal choices affect others & have consequences. Big props to the @BrooklynNets for putting the team first.

[Marc Stein @TheSteinLine]

Here is the Nets’ official statement on Kyrie Irving from GM Sean Marks on Irving being held out while his vaccination “choice restricts his ability to be a full-time member of the team” based on New York City’s COVID-19 policies.

The Celtics are flush with 'ain't it' guys.

Romeo Langford ain't it.
Grant Williams ain't it.
Tremont Waters ain't it.
Semi Ojeyele definitely ain't it.

[Christopher Clayton @WLHoops_CC]

@JacksYO @BobbiBonez Was that Los Lunas who did that? 1. Shot clock should be implemented at the hs level. 2. This says more about the coach & his/her integrity than anything? A true coach would never do this. It's a disservice to the game, the fans, the players.

[Sam Quinn @SamQuinnCBS]

Reminder: Nikola Jokic had 32-8-7-3-3 on 60% shooting in a win without Jamal Murray tonight (his seventh in eight tries).

The fact that he wasn't on national television tonight should not mean that he lost ground in the MVP race.

[Christopher Clayton @WLHoops_CC]

@nuggets They all wanted a "signature" game. Well, here you go. Meanwhile, Embiid was held down by Kevon Looney...

[Christopher Clayton @WLHoops_CC]

That's a $25k hit on a billion+ dollar organization. So taxing...

[Shams Charania @ShamsCharania]

The NBA has fined the Toronto Raptors $25,000 for league policies on player rest and injury reporting.

Luka the Don, at it again! He's so special.

Finally! We get to see the women rock legit jerseys instead of billboards! Might even grab a couple once they drop. Well done @nike x @WNBA

[Nick DePaula @NickDePaula]

FIRST LOOK: All 12 #WNBA teams will wear new Nike-designed uniforms for the 25th Anniversary season.

Player Numbers will return on the front.

Each team will have 3 jersey editions:
- “Explorer” (team color)
- “Rebel” (female empowerment storytelling)
- “Heroine” (home white)

MADNESS 🤯

[Christopher Clayton @WLHoops_CC]

It's not hyperbole when I say that was a perfect game of basketball: Great clash of conflicting styles; well paced; well officiated; unreal shot/play-making; Cinderella vs. perfection storylines; all-time plays; & a miraculous game winner from a special player. *chef's f'n kiss*

Johnny Juzang's stock may have just rose into mid-lottery territory. That was some high-level shot making. Incredible performance.

[Sam Quinn @SamQuinnCBS]

At a bare minimum, Jalen Suggs just had a top-10 offensive and a top-10 defensive moment in college basketball history IN THE SAME GAME.

[Christopher Clayton @WLHoops_CC]

My goodness. For those of you who argue Cade Cunningham > Suggs because he's built for the moment, well THAT guy Suggs is made for the moment.

[Christopher Clayton @WLHoops_CC]

@tmetcalf11 Agreed. Still in disbelief that they put up 45 points.

[Christopher Clayton @WLHoops_CC]

The Zags offense was so disjointed thanks to the Bruins solid 'D' (T.W.S.S.) & yet, the former still put up 45 points. My goodness.
