@TfL any reason why the 18 to Sudbury would skip University College Hospital / Warren Street Station and take the underpass? Waited 7 minutes for this bus and the next isn't for another 19.
@TfL Are station staff allowed to help with buggies? The other day I was at Highbury and Islington and the lift was out of service. As I'm on crutches and couldn't assist the lady with the buggy, I asked a staff member who said no, they're not allowed. Is this true?
@TfL LTZ1042 - driver couldn't be bothered to let us off at marble arch and floored it all the way down park lane. Refused to let us off. Driver could see I am physically disabled and still didn't want to open the doors
@RoyalMail I've been trying to call and report this for 2 days. It seems our old postie is no longer and this laziness is becoming more frequent, plus receiving post for other addresses.
@GreggsOfficial 3 days in a row I've tried to visit your King Street branch in Hammersmith and it's not open for business. You guys open at 6 and i get there for 7:55. Change of hours??
@TfL i really would love if you could thank the lovely lady who closed Kenton station after midnight 11.08.2024. she was really kind allowing me to call an Ubern home from inside the station even though the trains weren't running. Really appreciate her consideration of my safety

@AldiUK just witnessed an assault by one of your staff on an alleged shoplifter. He dragged him on the ground and punched him in the abdomen. Happened at the South Harrow store shortly after 7pm today and "Adrien" the worker asked if anyone was paying after we all witnessed it

Rename a station to totally confuse passengers who’ve no idea it’s London Fashion Week and the relevance to Bond Street then decimate the service on the Central line due to a “shortage of staff in the control centre”.
