Despite headlines, here's what's actually going in the U.S. labor market:

1) Total job openings are up from 10.5M to 11M!
2) IT jobs are indeed down - from 216 to 109...
3) But healthcare is stuck at 1.9M job openings and;
4) Hospitality & food service openings are up 400Kin a month (!) for a total of 1.93M....
