Users today are already getting a much lesser product and paying the full/same price

But we have to be realistic- Tesla timeline is usually many years behind the aggressive dates Elon initially says, and considering that there’s not much incentive to provide free retrofits, I highly doubt HW3 users are going to see something that works soon
