Fasting does not earn God's favor or force Him to act. Instead, it helps you humble yourself before Him, focus on His presence, and become more responsive to His Word. Here are seven things that often begin to happen spiritually when you start fasting seriously.
Everything you refuse to look at controls you from the dark.
The patterns. The compulsions. The insecurities steering choices you think are free. The habits running on autopilot since years ago.
Study them. Name them. Drag them into the light.
The moment you can see what's been controlling you, it loses the ability to do it quietly. That's the awakening. That's when you become dangerous.
Men,
RELATIONSHIP TIP:
When a woman is craving sex,
She doesn’t look for the guy who’s been sending her gifts and flowers.
The guy who’s been forgetting about her and doesn’t care about her feelings will be called to calm her wet valley.
Be the man she calls for penetration.
Don't wait. The time will never be just right. Success is not obtained overnight. It comes in installments, you get a little bit today, a little bit tomorrow until the whole package is given out. The day you procrastinate, you lose that day's success. Be brave and take risks.
🔥 The Part of You That Knows
There’s a part of you that always knows. Not because you figured it out in your mind… but because something deeper inside you recognized the truth.
That quiet nudge, the sudden knowing, the feeling in your gut that won’t go away… it isn’t always random. It isn’t necessarily paranoia or fear. Sometimes, it’s your inner compass trying to get your attention. It’s your soul speaking through instinct.
We’ve been trained to doubt that voice. To silence it with logic, bury it beneath noise, or override it because other people don’t understand what we feel. But our instincts can be sacred messengers. They often sense the truth long before the world gives us proof.
Trust what you feel. It may not make sense immediately, and you may not be able to explain it to anyone else… but time has a way of revealing what your soul already knew.
The soul doesn’t need to shout.
You just have to become quiet enough to listen.

Sunlight on skin makes vitamin D out of cholesterol.
Sunlight on skin releases nitric oxide and drops your blood pressure.
Sunlight at dawn sets the clock running your sleep and your mood.
Sunlight in a child's eye slows the elongation that becomes short-sightedness.
Every living thing on this planet is downstream of that star, without exception.
It has arrived free every morning for four billion years.
The eye was built specifically to receive it.
And somewhere in the last forty years we were taught to be afraid of it.
Afraid of the sun.
We check an index before we go outside.
We coat children in chemicals before school, every two hours.
When the regulator finally tested those chemicals, all six crossed into the blood after one application.
The star that made every calorie you have ever eaten is now something you buy a product to avoid.
Vitamin D deficiency went from a slum disease to a routine blood result.
No animal has ever needed protecting from its own star.
Every other creature on earth still moves toward it.
One species checks an app first.
8 Ways Wives Harm Their Marriages
The greatest struggle for most wives is bringing justified anger, fear or sorrow under the rule of reason, charity, justice, and truth.
1. Sinful anger
Anger can alert a woman to injustice or disorder, but it becomes sinful when it governs her speech and conduct rather than serving reason.
Common examples:
• Shouting or snapping
• Swearing or insulting
• Escalating an argument
• Speaking harshly in front of the children
• Continuing a confrontation after self-control has been lost
2. Resentment
Resentment means nurturing hostility rather than seeking truthful repair and eventual reconciliation.
Common examples:
• Replaying old injuries for hours or days
• Keeping a mental record of every failure
• Bringing up past sins during unrelated arguments
• Withholding warmth because of unresolved hurt
• Refusing to recognise sincere repentance or improvement
But note that merely remembering an unresolved wrong isn't automatically resentment. A wife may rightly seek acknowledgment, restitution, protection, or changed behaviour.
3. Contempt and rash judgment
Contempt goes beyond merely judging an action as wrong and treats the husband himself as beneath respect.
Common examples:
• Eye-rolling and mockery
• Calling him useless, pathetic, selfish, or childish
• Speaking about him with scorn
• Assuming laziness, indifference, or malice without enough evidence
• Saying, “You never care,” or, “You will never change”
Recognising serious defects isn't contempt. The sin lies in exaggeration, humiliation, and unjust judgment of motives.
4. Fear-driven control
Fear often produces attempts to manage the husband or eliminate uncertainty through pressure.
Common examples:
• Repeated questioning
• Demanding constant reassurance
• Forcing an immediate conversation
• Monitoring his movements or communications without grave cause
• Micromanaging his work, prayer, parenting, or responsibilities
• Trying to control every possible risk
Fear, anxiety, and trauma aren't sins merely because they arise. The moral problem begins when a wife freely chooses manipulation, domination, or unjust accusation because of them.
5. Contentiousness and obstinacy
This happens when her goal in an argument shifts from finding truth to winning.
Common examples:
• Interrupting constantly
• Refusing to concede a valid point
• Arguing over minor details
• Continuing after the issue has been answered
• Needing the last word
• Treating every disagreement as a contest of wills
6. Punitive withdrawal
Taking time to calm down can be prudent, but withdrawal becomes sinful when it is used to punish, frighten, or control.
Common examples:
• The silent treatment
• Unexplained emotional coldness
• Avoiding him so that he feels rejected
• Withholding affection as leverage
• Making him guess what is wrong
• Refusing to return to the conversation
7. Manipulation
Manipulation replaces honest requests with indirect pressure.
Common examples:
• Guilt-tripping
• Testing whether he “really loves” her
• Exaggerating distress to force action
• Using the children as messengers
• Making threats she does not intend to carry out
• Creating emotional consequences instead of stating her needs plainly
8. Neglect of charity
Marriage requires active goodwill, not merely avoiding obvious wrongdoing.
Common examples:
• Ignoring his genuine efforts
• Rarely expressing gratitude
• Interpreting neutral actions negatively
• Refusing kindness until he changes first
• Focusing exclusively on his failures
• Withholding encouragement when he does something good
Confidence is built upon evidence
When you consistently show yourself you can do things, no matter the conditions.
And simplest strategy to be confident is to be exceptionally confident, this is how you develop Aura:
Competence comes from repeatedly producing results under conditions where failure is possible, yet relentlessly pushing oneself.
Pick one domain of valuable skill.
Sacrifice everything else in the pursuit of it.
And then build your work around producing those results.
Your journey to mastery will expose weaker tendencies of your character which you will have to legislate, correct or improvise to move ahead.
Isolate the behaviour. Devise a plan to improvise. Track improvements.
At the end of your quest; the sacrifices you make, and the behaviours you eliminate in the pursuit of ascension - will make you sharper, bolder, less neurotic, less agreeable and more precise
Your purpose in life is not to love yourself but to love being yourself.
If you goal is to love yourself, then your focus is directed inward toward yourself, and you end up constantly watching yourself from the outside, disconnected, trying to summon the "correct" feelings towards yourself or fashion yourself into something you can approve of.
If your goal is to love being yourself, then your focus is directed outward towards life, on living and making decisions based on what brings you pleasure and fulfillment.
Be the subject, not the object. It doesn't matter what you think of yourself. You are experiencing life. Life is not experiencing you.
The older I get the more I realize:
• Silence is a response
• Being unbothered is a skill
• No is a full sentence
• Most "urgent" things can wait
• Respect > Attention
• Apologies are empty without change
• Movement is medicine
• You're not for everyone, and that's fine
People who reach a high level of awareness become unsociable. Crowds drain them. Noise overwhelms them. Small talk feels like work. They chill different. A cozy room. Two people they trust. Good food. Music. Conversations that actually mean something. That’s where they feel alive. Depth over noise. Because for them... peace feels like home.
Most people never chose what they worship. their father feared poverty, so now they do too. their mother needed approval - and somewhere along the way, so did they. i don't know when that gets decided, honestly. inheritances, i guess. grubby little heirlooms passed down like a genetic defect nobody bothered to question, or even noticed passing on. i spent years trying to kill gods/demons i didn't even know i was serving. worst part is when you finally spot one of them it's got your mother's face, or your father's voice. then you get why nobody wants to do this work.
Proverbs 6:20-22
[20] My son, keep your father’s commandments and do not forsake your mother's teachings.
[21] Bind them always on your heart. Fasten them around your neck.
[22] When you walk, they will guide you. When you sleep, they will watch over you. When you are awake, they will speak to you.
When you go to the gym,
You will see fat people doing this exercise. It is called Scissors Kicks.
They have been misinformed that this exercise will cut their obese abdomen.
IT WON'T.
First, you can't spot reduce fat. The body doesn't decide where to lose fat.
To lose fat, the body only responds to a metabolic system influenced by hormones and the body's nutritional habits.
Systemically, the body loses fat from the periphery and ends centrally.
The stomach is the last region to lose fat. The face is the first, then the arms.
Second, this exercise targets the hip flexors (Psoas major, Iliacus, and Rectus femoris). It doesn't target abdominal muscles.
Abdominal muscles are targeted when the upper chest flexes to meet the knees, eg hanging raises or cable crunches.
A fat person doing this exercise will end up with an impinged pelvic girdle, also known as Pelvic Girdle Pain (PGD).
A fat person who intends to fix his big stomach must first fix his diet.
Then, build a structure or routine where 10,000 steps of walking must be achieved daily.
Then, after 3 months of consistency in diet and walking, he can start an 8KM morning run once a week, and then functional gym workouts (Push, Press, Pull, Hinge) thrice a week.
Add basic callisthenics movements like dead-bug, bird-dog and Turkish get-ups.
Once there is considerable weight loss, then add isolation workouts in addition to the simple functional workouts and the simple callisthenics movements.
Otherwise, sit-ups, bicycle kicks, and Russian twists are useless.
The aerobics are also useless and will leave you hungrier, with high cortisol and inflamed joints.
In 2013, there was a politician on this app called PK.
This app was ungovernable.
He ended up garnering 72,786 votes. Even Mudavadi's donkey garnered more (483,981).
The loss was brutal.
We cried a lot.
Don't insult people because of politicians. These politicians come and go.
They will leave you behind, with the person you insulted, the only person who would have helped you when you needed help.
"Compare yourself to who you were yesterday, not to who someone else is today."
Jordan Peterson, 12 Rules for Life.
The man across the office is running a different road from a different starting line.
Race the man you were yesterday. He is the only honest opponent you will ever get.
Fauci spoke to Bill Gates every 2 weeks.
"... really close relationship... mutual respect... conspiratorial theorists... source of fun jokes between Bill and me.
This is a salt shaker.
When you cook your sumptuous food and then realise the salt shaker is empty,
Where will you immediately rush for help?
You will rush to the next-door neighbour.
The one you have been insulting because he doesn't support your favourite politician.
Knock. Knock. Knock!
"Who is there?"
"Hello, it is me, your neighbour. Kindly, would you mind if I borrow your salt shaker? I forgot to buy salt when I was coming from work."
Think about this salt shaker before you abuse someone or demean his tribe because of politicians.
