@flyLAXairport Got a taste of #laxit at 7am shortly after it started. It was a mess. Signs were still being posted, people were being trained on site, and driver's couldn't find the place, lyft, Uber app wasn't ready. Huge waste of resources and time! I don't see how this will get better.

@sanjayvallabh @vladsavov They did it before Android and before app ecosystems were a thing it would require so much capital to develop an OS and more importantly attract developers in the current climate let alone get market share.
