This time last year I won the @smiley Champion of Change Award. It felt like a real moment that marked the end of the horror and the start of my purpose - and now that I’ve been named @BCRT first Youth Ambassador I want to keep sharing my positivity by highlighting #TYACAM

It’s been an odd few months.
On @Walk92uk I made a little list of places I wanted to revisit. Lyndhurst in the New Forest was top of that list - mainly for a stunning sausage roll and an old-world sweet shop. It's great to be back.
Then there’s the subject matter of the first three Power of Sport episodes.
So far: heroin addiction and dealing. A drugs bust that ended with a police officer trapped in a car window. A suicide attempt. Clinical depression. And a 6'8 boxer who’s built a team helping 600 people a week through boxing.
The contrast is pretty stark.
But I'm loving turning the vision from that crazy 2000 mile walk into reality and shining that light on the incredible sport for good work, grounded in proper lived experience.
Do follow the journey. https://t.co/z7NWjwEUL6
