@MayangTutk Riek Machar betrayed his own people, instead of being inclusive and nominating some of the SPLA members he decided to only nominate his own family members, and now he is not wanted by SPLM or SPLA. He is just delaying the consequences of his decisions, along with the needs of SS.
@MayangTutk Dinka and Nuer make up over 50% of South Sudanese population, secondly theyโre the tallest on average in the country (probably in the world), lastly basketball is an international sports, if there other non Dinka or Nuer talented players that you know of please list them.
@LualGarang7 Not anytime soon, since the government has sold all the oil off for the next 10 years. Being productive on the ground and stopping the government from printing more pounds is the best solution.
@ajakmayol@CentralBoSS_SS@BiorGarang@zack_diary@AtengLaw@siinchol Refinitiv is a big international firm with a great reputation, it is also used in Australia by commercial banks and around the world. This will give some transparency to BOSS activities but it will not solve anything since BOSS issues stems from leadership.
@philipagongdit @atemtoosweet2 Not really, he only has Wani there to appeal to the Equatorians, besides if he picks one of the 5 VPs they will complain that he is showing favouritism.
@jmwooldridge I failed a postgraduate econometrics midterm for similar reasons, I was asked about FE models but instead I gave answers about FE estimators, I also did the same thing with RE models.
@lokudustanisla1 You donโt need to be an economist to be the minster of finance. Australia, EU and other countries have and had ministers of finance without economics/finance degrees.
@ajakmayol Not very smart, who buys illegal arms from the US, you can get better arms from Russia for a 1/4 of the costs. I suspect the undercover agent tricked them or baited them into this deal.
@WaniMichael57 You can dress a goat in a tuxedo but at the end of the day it is still a goat. They could collect over a trillion dollars of non-oil revenues and these people would pocket it all and we would still face the same issues.
@WaniMichael57 Do you know how costly it is to keep someone in jail for life?
South Sudan doesnโt even have a sewage system, running water and drainage system, given the circumstances keeping criminals alive should be at the bottom of the list. I say keep the death penalty for now.
