This will give some transparency to BOSS activities but it will not solve anything since BOSS issues stems from leadership.

South Sudan doesn’t even have a sewage system, running water and drainage system, given the circumstances keeping criminals alive should be at the bottom of the list. I say keep the death penalty for now.
