@EE Thanks - I tried it again while on the phone to someone I finally spoke to and it did the same thing, so he could hear it. I’ve been an EE customer and Orange before that for well over 10yrs and def have come to expect better. Thanks for feeding back.

@EE my phone has just been stolen. Phone line saying out of office hours. Need to cancel urgently - what’s the 24hr number?

@EE Only when I got home from the police station and could use my landline. From any mobiles (including my husbands EE) the two numbers on the website said the office was now closed when clicking through to lost and stolen line. Meant 2hrs before it could be locked. Not great.
