This will ruin so many creators..
STOP putting your YouTube channels under the same IP, email, Adsense, recover phone numbers.
NO MATTER HOW SAFE YOU THINK YOU ARE.
This could actually be you in December if you start that channel today.
YouTube automation is still working. You just have to figure out a good niche at the moment and be ready to lock in.
Before those big figures start coming in, you can still be banking on these smaller amounts of income.
You don’t need a course or mentorship if you’re too broke to afford one. Watch Leo AI, AI Guy, and 7Figure Academy. Binge-watch their content, learn as much as you can, and start implementing.
Open ChatGPT and use this prompt to find profitable sub-niches:
“I’m interested in [NICHE]. Give me 20 specific sub-niches within it where people already spend money to solve problems. For each one, identify the target buyer, the problem they’re paying to solve, products or services they already buy, how competitive the sub-niche is, and 3 content angles I could use to attract them. Prioritize sub-niches with clear buying intent, recurring problems and existing demand. Don’t give me broad categories like ‘fitness’ or ‘business’, go specific enough that I can clearly identify who I’m creating for and what I could sell to them.”
And there you have it, 20 specific sub-niches you can research further, instead of trying to build around a broad market and hoping you eventually find buyers.
'Sir, I have posted 3 videos and I have not gotten 10 views combined despite the effort and resources it took me to get those videos. What should I do?'
I get lots of this type of message. Especially from beginners.
See, there are many factors to hitting success with 3 videos and sustain it with a new channel.

Repost/bookmark and get to work!
Did you know you don’t have to sit down and write new content from scratch every single time?
You can take one good post and turn it into a month’s worth of content.
Let’s say you made a post about why people disappear after hearing your price, and it did well.
You could easily create more posts like:
* What people are actually thinking when they ask for your price.
* The biggest mistake people make after sending their price.
* How to increase the perceived value of your offer before mentioning the price.
* Why lowering your price won’t solve this problem.
* The one question to ask before sending your price.
See what happened?
They’re all different posts, but they’re all talking about the same core idea.
If you don’t know how to do this, here’s a simple 4-question framework:
1. What questions would someone ask after reading this?
2. What common mistake do people make related to this topic?
3. What’s a belief people have about this that isn’t true?
4. What’s the next step after someone understands this?
Answer those four questions and you’ll have multiple content ideas from one post.
