I just learned via ABC World News Tonight, the reason Jane Doe had screenshots of the Snapchats was because one of the frat brothers that was asleep during the assault, took screenshots of the chats the following morning and shared them with her.
Had he remained quiet like the rest, we likely wouldn't even be talking about it now. I pray Jane Doe gets every bit of justice and peace that she deserves.

Everyone is saying he should've went to the police instead. I think he handled it correctly by sending it to her and letting her decide how she wanted it to be handled. I'm sure he backed up what she said to police too when she did report.

I saw on the news today that there was one young man in the Cornell group chat who was actually asleep during the gang rape of the young woman.
When he awoke and read the group texts, he was upset and angry about it.
He sent the texts to the victim for her to use as proof.
That is the evidence that she is now using.
