My mom had lung cancer. Got admitted. Spent several days in the hospital. They said she needed a Pet Scan. I said ok. Let’s do it now.
The hospital said no. She needed to be discharged and then come back next week. For insurance reasons. I offered to pay cash. They said no. She needed to be discharged and come back for insurance reasons.

I'm not sure how this myth became widespread. Vasectomy can sometimes be reversed but not always. We only do vasectomy when the intent is PERMANENT contraception.
