@WCrawshaw17872 @donmcgowan Yes. In general, one homeless person is too many, although a small number actively choose that lifestyle. That wasn't the claim being disputed. The claim was that Bristolians are somehow proud of homelessness. Acknowledging a problem doesn't make that accusation true.
