@maplintweet is having your staff refuse refunds on faulty items and giving out a wrong contact number a new way of customer service?

I wouldn't mind but the plaque states clearly refunds can only be granted on faulty items with proof of purchase. I have both yet your staff refuse to do it. What am I supposed to do now?

@JadedcatWylde Having PTSD I learnt quickly that people are arseholes, ignore them, set small goals and celebrate when you achieve them.
