We're WayBio, a DNA foundry based in Cambridge, MA. We've built platform technology that lets us generate variants of large genes without resynthesizing them. Engineering a large gene or enzyme? Let's talk.
@disney_lab Really exciting approach to target MYC at the mRNA level! Given MYC mRNA’s notoriously short half-life, how does that play out for the RiboTAC’s activity and duration of action?
WayBio is at #SIMBAM2026 this week, exhibiting our DNA foundry platform. If you want to see how our foundry is helping protein engineering teams build DNA variant libraries, or if you're running enzyme engineering programs of your own, come find us in the exhibit hall.
We're excited to open the doors for our 76th SIMB Annual Meeting in Austin, Texas. We're looking forward to making new connections and renewing existing collaborations. Please add your comments and photos to share your experience. #SIMBAM2026
@keita_masui What's wildest about these massive regulatory maps is how they flip non-coding DNA from being treated like 'junk' or passive scaffolding to an active, cell-type-specific logic board. The next decade is going to be about learning how to program that logic, not just read it.
@BKleinstiver@connorjtou@Nature This is a massive step forward for non-viral genome writing! Out of curiosity, how scalable is the production of these multi-kb circular single-stranded donors when moving toward GMP/clinical grade?
