Take a look at our local newspapers - both from Jammu & from Srinagar, English & vernacular. You’ll be able to distinguish the cowards from the ones with guts. The cowards have completely buried the fact that the entire elected government was locked up yesterday along with most elected representatives. The newspapers with some guts have put it on the front page. Shame on the sellouts who buried the story, I hope the size of the envelope was worth it.
Democracy at its best!! The Chief Minister is subjected to this kind of treatment — all to stop him from paying tribute and reciting Fatiha for the martyrs of 13th July. #Shame
NC Chief spokesperson and MLA Zadibal Tanvir Sadiq strongly criticized opposition parties, particularly the BJP. He said that the National Conference has achieved a lot in a short span of time. Referring to the BJP, he said the same party that now criticizes the National Conference had once promised the restoration of statehood—"Where is that promise now?" he asked.
He further stated that as soon as the National Conference formed the government, it passed a resolution for the restoration of special status and took several important steps that previous governments had failed to take.

I say this with utmost responsibility while the opposition and we may often be at odds, take jabs at one another, and remain politically competitive, I firmly believe that when it comes to the question of statehood, there is absolute unanimity. Whether it’s BJP, PDP, PC, or any other party, all agree that statehood is our legitimate right and must be restored without any further delay.
So the real question is who is creating this atmosphere of confusion? The answer is clear: it is those who benefit from the dual power structure, those who thrive in the shadows of uncertainty and chaos. These are the very elements who deliberately float such misleading narratives not just to undermine the sentiments of the people, but also to cast aspersions on the Hon’ble Supreme Court, the Prime Minister, the Home Minister, and the sanctity of Parliament itself where it was promised.
One needs to understand they are doing this solely to create confusion. But remember, if they are not faithful to the leadership of this country and the promises made, how can they ever be the well wishers of Jammu and Kashmir?
Food for thought.
@nsb1080 @tanvirsadiq Strange you still talking about discrimination with jammu when modi government is running this so called UT who claims to have ended this discrimination.....

I DOUBT IF U ARE WHAT U PRETEND
Reports of security force personnel entering a mosque in Zadoora in Pulwama are deeply distressing. It’s bad enough they entered but then forcing people to chant slogans like “Jai Shree Ram” as reported by the locals there, is unacceptable. I hope @rajnathsingh ji will issue instructions for these reports to be investigated in a timely & transparent manner.
@Awara013@Jairam_Ramesh Kya bat hai ....wah
Probably Indians are the only race in the world who abuses their fore fathers ...

@AadhiRaSpeaks@sardesairajdeep Parliament consists of opposition apart from ruling party n presided by president
Where there is no President present n no opposition present
What kind of temple is it
Just a building without soul
One of the most underrated but possibly the best spokesperson @INCIndia has currently. Spokespersons of all political parties should learn the art of public speaking from @Aloksharmaaicc. Brilliant articulation!
