Do you use social media as an outlet to express your #grief? How do you feel when you see others staking a claim in the death of your loved one way too close to the demise, while you are struggling to make sense of the loss? What emotions does that stir in you? #socialmedia
Before posting a social media tribute, take into consideration the feelings of those closest to the loss. Have you reached out directly over a call or text? If not, perhaps, it's not your place to publicly eulogize the demise. Can you practice empathy in the time of #grief?

What are the biases you have about #MentalHealth? Rather than posting "everyone should visit a therapist at least once", pause and ask what gets in the way if you replace "Everyone" with "I" - "I should visit a therapist at least once"- what got in the way? Curious to know...
People with good vibes cannot replace therapy. Positive thinking is #NotTherapy - people who believe that encouraging people to think positive will help them heal are doing a big disservice to people actually having mental health labels.
There are so many people who the moment they know someone is a student of #Psychology will ask them to read minds/analyze them etc. - ask the same people to PAY for a workshop, psycho-education etc., the interest fizzles out. Can one then truly say #MentalHealthMatters ?
