@michellezenner You’re completely delusional, you can walk by my office any day and see if my credentials hanging in the window, I’m proud of you of my accomplishments
@michellezenner@thehoffather I am a licensed peer counselor through the Washington state healthcare Association, also a licensed recovery coach through Ccar with an additional 15 years of live experience
@jonesville@MayorofSeattle Wait are you saying we need the large company’s now to support your plan. What happened to “bye” the mayor is a joke, so ready for the next election to see her get out of the office. We are the laughing stock of the country right now. It’s not sitting well with me.
Our city is moving backwards because of you, Madame Mayor. I’m surprised the people of the city hasn’t ran you out of town yet. You are ruining Seattle day by day peace by peace policy by policy. I am glad that history show shows that no Seattle mayor will get reelected because you are the least deserving person to even be in office.
@HollyKurzman@Jack_Hinson214 @USAttyHabba A man lost his life for no reason but hate. Only one is asking is to show respect and fly the flag at half mast as you do when someone passes away. It's not politics. It's respect get your head out of your butt
Big news: Today, the City Council passed my Pathways to Recovery legislation with unanimous support.
This marks a new day for Seattle. Now, people struggling with addiction have a real chance to recover and reclaim their lives.
My initiative places addiction treatment at the center of our city’s agenda.
It fills critical gaps in the existing services available and sets us on a course for true public safety progress. With this vote, Seattle has chosen action over inaction—and I’m proud to be leading the way.

Sustainable outcomes for a once mountain man (and Veteran) living in a makeshift cabin in the cliffs of Magnolia here in Seattle. We are private funded because it works that way. 👇🏼 We pick up trash and save lives. 👇🏼
“Hello Friends I want to reintroduce you to James.
Some of you may have met him when he lived near the Elliot Bay Marina in the Magnolia trail park. He helped us clean up a camp that had been there for ten years, he himself had a cabin he built and lived there for about 4 years.
I have been working with him for about a year now. James is a Navy veteran and qualifies for Veteran housing programs.
Unfortunately James had fallen afoul with the criminal justice system and spent the last six months as a ward of the state and to be honest this may have been the turning point James needed.
During his stay he able to receive the mental health treatment and help that he needed.
We cleaned up his camp with the help of the men and women from @BattleEndsHere and paid for his storage and kept in contact with him. We worked with his attorney on a release plan and found transitional housing for him when he got out.
He is now really focused on getting into long term housing through his veteran benefits and eventually employment.
I am proud of the steps he is taking and we will continue to be there when he needs us.
3 cheers for this proud veteran!”

Boots on the Ground building trust through trash picks and outreach is our model.
Timothy Emerson has been hyper focused on a camp with an impending sweep on the mountain to view bike trail off Rainier Ave. Yesterday at 10:00am Nate joined us for the pick and by 10:00am today he’s at Skagit going into medical detox for Fentanyl use.
Nate’s journey is only just beginning but we will be there for him every step of the way offering aftercare, recovery housing and resources to reach self-sufficiency.
I support camp resolutions aka sweeps because it gives people like Nate a chance to move past a stage of ambivalence to asking for the support he needs. @MayorofSeattle@KingCoRHA@KCPubHealth@GovBobFerguson Outreach with a focus on drug user intervention is our specialty. Save lives, Save Washington.
It's been a super great Easter, I got to help 1 young lady Into treatment and another calling grateful for the opportunity to get clean. At times it's a challenge to work with folks that have substance abuse issues but it's extremely rewarding for the ones that do well. Getting clean is a solid pathway to a stable life. @weheartseattle@weheartfounder
