Dont understand the logic of book sellers of School books of schools in Thane city. At one place we emphasizeon recycling on other hand we mandate kids not to use olderbooks. Retailers say that either buy entire set or dont buy anything. @EduMinOfIndia @PMOIndia @CMOMaharashtra
