Today I’m incredibly happy to announce that my good frien Ari Last has joined Boosty as CEO, succeeding @jackfrac1 , who previously took over the role from me.

Every CEO in Boosty’s history has joined to solve the company’s biggest challenge at that particular stage of its journey.

I founded @BoostyLabs in 2017 and scaled it to 150+ people, bringing in our first major clients including @Ledger, @CoinbaseDev , @bitfinex , @Consensys , @blockchain , @Anchorage , @WalletConnect and @1inch

Vitalii’s @jackfrac1 mission was different. He transformed Boosty into a far more structured and predictable engineering organization capable of delivering projects of virtually any complexity - from digital asset infrastructure and neobanks to AI and post-quantum cryptography.

Now it’s time for the next chapter.

Ari is one of the best operators and commercial leaders I’ve met in this industry. I’m convinced he’s the right person to take @BoostyLabs to an entirely different level of growth.

As for me, this transition allows me to stay laser-focused on @utexocom and our mission of bringing USDT back to Bitcoin while building the next generation of Bitcoin financial infrastructure.

Good luck, Ari. Boosty has an outstanding new leader. 🚀

And one more thing.

Vitalii @jackfrac1 isn’t going anywhere. He remains my partner at @BoostyLabs , and we’ll continue building many exciting things together.

More importantly, over the years he’s become one of my closest friends, a trusted partner, and someone I genuinely want to have by my side throughout my life.
