@PSCSupportUK I was lucky enough to bump into Gemma on the day she was being discharged - it was amazing to see her looking so well. Gemma, wishing you continued good health and all the very best for the future πͺπ»ππ»

I am one of the lucky ones and forever grateful that I get to experience moments like this, supported by family and surrounded by people whose decisions and work have literally helped to save lives.
So proud of the those doing #turnthepeakspink in support of #OrganDonationWeek. You've smashed it! πͺ
Registering your decision to become an organ donor takes 2 minutes and you could save up to 9 lives β‘οΈ https://t.co/5Y6N1yb0Rb
Very proud to have been part of this with such an amazing group of people . Thank you to everyone involved in Organ Donation, especially the donors and their brave families ππ»
@RakanINazer Yeah, itβs great. I was also feeling muscles I never notice usually and know what you mean about the alertness. I think you need to be much more alert to avoid tripping to slipping :) Happy running
My first hill run and loved it β
I always knew I would love trail running. Grateful for my health and being able to do these types of things now . Hopefully many more hills to come ππ» #organdonation#livertransplantsurvior#ibdwarrior
@adyeoman Thank youππ»
Hopefully I can complete it and show patients that PSC, IBD or even a Liver transplant doesnβt mean the end. We can still try to achieve our dreams.
And if something happens and I canβt complete it, I will still be much fitter and stronger than ever before π
Working hard towards completing my first ultramarathon (and marathon) in 2025 π (health dependent of course π€π»)
For any runners interested, feel free to follow my progress on Strava. There is still a long way to go!
