@kieren Before you conclude they're in a stronger place, could you please investigate why @Nominet changed for their own benefit court orders they were told by the judge to draft after a hearing? As a director you can see the file and ask people what happened.

We now know that @Nominet drafted the court orders that were changed after a court hearing. Their general counsel @NickWenbanSmith was at the hearing. We ask the non-execs to investigate properly what happened @rexwickham@kieren

Why were court orders that were made at a hearing later changed significantly in @Nominet's favour? Nominet's barrister was asked to draw them up. The ones written up are not the same as the ones the Judge made.

@Nominet A question for @Nominet's board and senior executive team. Why were court orders that were made at a hearing later changed significantly in Nominet's favour? Nominet's barrister was asked to draw them up.

@kieren Here's a question for you as one of @Nominet's independent non executive directors. Why were court orders that were made at a hearing later changed significantly in Nominet's favour? Nominet's barrister was asked to draw them up.

Nominet misled members after losing in court earlier this month. Instead of telling the truth, @Nominet falsely blamed the court for their own errors. Spokesman @willguyatt then wrongly denied that costs orders had been set aside.

Nominet wasted members money forcing an unnecessary court hearing that it lost. Then @Nominet misled its members about what happened. Time for the elected directors to stand up and be counted. Over to you Ashley La Bolle, @rexwickham@kieren@kierenmccarthy@wright_s
@Nominet had "strike out" orders set aside in a dispute about subscription fees. Judge ruled Nominet's orders were impossible to comply with.Costs of @DWF_Law and @ErskineChambers to be paid by #Nominet. Main issue to be decided at trial later this year.
