A man gets into a car with a stick, drives hundreds of miles to brutally murder the beloved elderly matriarch of Reform UK.

The authorities offer no information, but if you ask questions they admonish you for “speculating”.

Reveal that the Speaker of the House has totally ignored letters from Reform MPs about their safety and he briefs the press that he’s “furious”, while failing to deny this.

If you go to lay flowers in memory of your friend you are “politicising” her murder.

Want to hear something wild? For decades, saturated fats were demonized as artery-clogging villains, while unsaturated fats were praised as heart-healthy heroes. But the truth was inverted.

Saturated fats, like butter and tallow, are actually stable and supportive for your body, like solid bricks in a wall. Meanwhile, the industrially processed polyunsaturated fats, which were promoted as healthy, are fragile and prone to oxidation, making them dangerous.

This "inversion" of truth extends to other foods too: eggs were bad, now they increase good cholesterol. Grains are still marketed as "heart-healthy" despite being refined and gut-damaging. Red meat was demonized, but it's a healing food for many. Even salt was villainized due to blood pressure, when most high blood pressure has an unknown cause.

It makes no sense to me how our food advice got so flipped. Does it make any sense to you?

🚨The BBC caught red handed.

Remember the Question Time episode where illegal migrants were planted in the audience to lecture me and the country on our border policy?

We now have *confirmation* the BBC PLANTED there and they were COACHED on what to say by a charity pushing for open borders.

The CEO of this 'charity', Jenni Regan, was also in the audience and chosen to ask a question.

Note, when I formally complained to the BBC about this and explicitly asked them if the audience members were coached, the BBC refused to answer.

Now we know why.

One of these men who broke into the country began reading a statement warning against Britain leaving the ECHR, even featuring the Northern Ireland protocol!

One of them specifically attacked me and my family.

Because they had been coached to do so.

The BBC is morally bankrupt.

To deliberately plant men who broke into Britain illegally in the audience, allow them to be told what to say and let them launch into attacks on Reform and lecture the British people is disgusting behaviour.

To conceal it is even more outrageous.

They should apologise immediately.

Henry Nowak was a white boy, that’s why he was disbelieved.

Young white men look at his murder and are repelled not just by the awful violence, but by knowing it could have been them lying on the ground, drowning in their own blood, with the police standing over them mockingly disbelieving their pleas that *they* were the victim - because how could a young white man possibly be the victim?

This is the society that treated Adolescence as a documentary, in which government information campaigns on everything from sexual harassment to tax dodging only ever depict one demographic as the guilty party.

Britain had a moment of silence for George Floyd. Our politicians kneeled en masse to show their outrage at his killing. "I can't breathe" became a slogan.

George Floyd died on the other side of the world. He wasn't British.

Henry Nowak *was* British and his treatment by the police was shocking and negligent in the extreme. Yet there is no minute of silence. There is no coordinated public campaign. There is no kneeling at sporting events.

And we all know why.

During the summer of BLM, some people said "All Lives Matter". This was treated as the highest form of racism and anyone who said this was immediately cancelled. Why? Because the people in charge don't actually think all lives matter in the same way.

They have created a racial hierarchy of victimhood where a career criminal who died through mistreatment by police in a foreign country with 0 evidence of racism like George Floyd is automatically sanctified because of the colour of his skin.

And Henry Nowak, a British man, one of ours, is automatically dismissed and ignored because of the colour of his.

This is the ugly fruit of so-called "anti-racism", an obsession with race that has created a two-tier society which treats people differently because of the colour of their skin.

This needs to stop.
