@RoyalMail So I use this service a lot, and am aware of checking junk/spam folders. It hasn’t arrived. You can presumably tell the QR code has not been used (and I’ve purchased duplicate posting to compensate). It feels fairly one-sided doesn’t it?

@LuSchmoo @SW_Help @TigerDonald2000 This is exactly the point I mean. Tickets on an app have no indication that the train splits nor where. It really doesn’t seem impossible to indicate this in advance. Presumably it’s important for everyone - but especially those requiring support to travel?

@TigerDonald2000 @SW_Help It does (did) split but your tweet reinforces my point. It’s very hard to find out in advance - and as my teenager was travelling independently I was keen to ensure they weren’t stranded. Why isn’t it clearer on tickets @SW_Help?

@SW_Help The doors in the 4th carriage of the 10.35 Waterloo to Weymouth are not working. Daughter (travelling independently) and others in her carriage were unable to alight at Branksome. Please alert train staff.
